Balancing the bigger picture with the small details is my speciality. As a senior product designer I advocate for functional experiences that align with business goals, production realities and are backed by research. During the last 15 years I've visited 40 countries while working as a designer and design educator.
I have worked in many capacities as a designer: an American ambassador in international government offices, in software and agile environments, in marketing agencies, as a design instructor for various levels, and as a consultant for small businesses and non-profits. I’ve served in the Peace Corps twice, in Albania and in Vanuatu and was a DIII college basketball player for 4 years.
